OK! Following holiday indulgence my stats as of today at 8 o’clock are:
- Waist 35cm
- Weight 76.1kg
- BMI 25.1
- Fat 23.1%
- Visceral fat 8
- Muscle 36.5%
My calendar puts me all over the place in terms of work and family commitments this week but that’s just another challenge. By planning ahead I have hopefully factored in all day meetings, nights away and even the weather into a well balanced training programme. I’ve also sorted the nutrition so a fresh batch of flapjacks, cooked chicken breasts and a salad that will keep for three days or so are in the fridge. This should afford me some AM sessions before the kids get up demanding breakfast and a healthy stash of food for daytime consumption which takes minutes to prepare.
- AM: 15 mins skip, pyramid sit-ups
- PM: 10k run
